Participation is open to every body who is interested in medical information studies. Those who wish to attend the Conference should complete online registration form. Please read through the information carefully before completing the form.
LETTER OF INVITATION
The organizing Committee will send a letter of invitation upon request. The invitation intended only to facilitate delegates travel and visa applications. It in no way implies provision of any support, financial or otherwise.
REGISTRATION FEE
All fees are marked in both TWD (Taiwan Dollar) and USD, please using Currency Converter if needed.

PAYMENT OF FEES
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No reservation will be confirmed until payment is received.
Payment can be made by serveral ways:

- Bank check (please make payable to: Taiwan Association for Medical Informatics)
- Onsite registration fee should be paid in CASH (TWD or USD) only.
